Leading Mexican chain opens the doors on new Tempe restaurant

Scottsdale Rd. The new location, which is owned and operated by longtime Del Taco franchisee Dennis Ekstrom of the Diamondback LLC franchise organization, is the first to open in Tempe, just down the street from Arizona State University’s main campus.
