Tenet Completes Sale of Des Peres Hospital and Affiliated Operations in St. Louis

Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) today completed the sale of Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis to St. Luke’s Hospital, an independent, nonprofit healthcare provider in Chesterfield, MO. In addition to Des Peres Hospital, St. Luke’s has also acquired other Tenet-owned operations in St. Louis affiliated with Des Peres Hospital, including physician practices.
