Tangoe, Inc., a leading global provider of IT and Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software and services, will be holding its global client user conference, Tangoe LIVE 2017, from April 30th – May 3rd at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, Florida. The conference will bring together Tangoe clients and partners from around the world to engage with industry experts and colleagues on topics such as telecom, mobility, IT, cloud, the FCC, and regulatory and market changes for which clients will need to be prepared.
The conference will kick off with Tangoe University, a series of interactive, skill-building activities and courses on Sunday, April 30th. The activity-based, participant-focused training courses are led by content coaches with years of experience educating and leading Tangoe clients in how to most effectively maximize the benefits of Tangoe’s solutions. Participants will come away with new ideas and skills to further excel in their roles and address the challenges faced in delivering effective telecom expense and usage management to their organizations.
The following three days will feature keynotes from a variety of experienced speakers and will be dedicated to education, networking, training and entertainment, with the singular goal of helping attendees optimize their organizations’ IT expenses. Featured speakers include Katja Ruud, Research Director and a leading mobile analyst with 21 years of mobility and communications industry experience, and Maribel Lopez, an author and advisor who served as a lead analyst with Forrester Research prior to founding Lopez Research. The keynotes will dive into mobility's role in powering a globally connected workforce, top trends expected to impact enterprises in the next 3-5 years, and how to harness mobile, cloud, and analytics to enable transformation of customer and employee experience.
