Valmont Industries is a producer of fabricated metal products. The company has four segments: Engineered Support Structures, which rmanufactures steel, aluminum, and composite poles and structures to which lighting and traffic control fixtures are attached for a range of outdoor lighting applications, such as streets, highways, parking lots, sports stadiums and commercial and residential developments; Utility Support Structures, which manufactures steel and concrete pole structures for electrical transmission; Coatings, which consists of galvanizing, anodizing and powder coating services; and Irrigation, which manufactures and distributes mechanical irrigation equipment and related service parts.
