WEX Completes Acquisition of Certain HSA Assets of HealthcareBank

(NYSE:WEX), a leading financial technology service provider, announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of certain health savings account (“HSA”) assets of HealthcareBank, the custodian bank for customers of WEX’s Health division. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to adjusted net income in fiscal year 2021.

On February 11, 2021, WEX announced plans to acquire the HSA assets from HealthcareBank.
