Wolters Kluwer Demos New Mobile Time Entry App at CCH Connections User Conference

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting today previewed new mobile functionality for the award-winning CCH ProSystem fx Practice Management during the CCH Connections User Conference in Washington, D.C. CCH ProSystem fx Practice Management, part of the CCH ProSystem fx Suite, is for firms that prefer to keep their firm management on-premise, providing full-featured tools for time, billing, project management and reporting.

The CCH ProSystem fx Practice Management Mobile Time Entry app, which will be commercially available in 2017, is intuitive and simple to use, so firm staff can capture time and expenses easily from wherever they are. The convenience of mobile entry means hours will be captured more accurately and consistently, improving profitability as well as increasing the efficiency of the billing process.

“The CCH ProSystem fx Practice Management Mobile Time Entry app is part of a series of enhancements we’ve made to ProSystem fx Practice Management in the past year, all based on better meeting our clients’ needs,” said Heffy Provost, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America, Medium to Large Firm segment. “In addition to recent billing and dashboard enhancements that were released last spring, the new mobile time entry app will make it even easier for firms to capture critical information on the go.”

For firms looking for the ability to quickly connect and collaborate with their clients on the go, Wolters Kluwer offers a series of mobile apps for CCH Software Solutions, including the latest CCH ProSystem fx Practice Management Mobile Time Entry app (available in 2017). Several free apps are available to all CCH Axcess users, providing access to customer information at clients’ fingertips, including:

  • CCH Axcess app – The primary app for CCH Axcess functionality, the CCH Axcess app offers access to client data, documents, billing information and time entry.
  • E-File Status – The e-file status app allows CCH Axcess Tax and CCH ProSystem fx Tax customers to view the status of clients' e-filed returns online, including the status of e-signatures from CCH eSign.
  • CCH Client Axcess – The next evolution of CCH Axcess Portal, CCH Client Axcess is a client-facing app that clients can use to access the documents in their portals.

Dynamic Top Pick List Update October: Removing VGP – Adding Shurgard a...

In this October update of our Dynamic Top Pick List we are removing VGP while adding Shurgard and Wolters Kluwer. In fact, the macro picture remains cloudy with the jury still out on the impact of tariffs and the erratic US policy shifts. Also, we are a bit concerned that competition in Western Eur...

Wolters Kluwer Negative sentiment is overdone; still stable & predicta...

Last year Wolters Kluwer's share saw an incredible performance based on the one hand from it's stable & predictable business in a volatile environment, and on the other hand from the upside that AI can bring to the business.
