Williams Appoints Frank J. Ferazzi as Senior Vice President of Atlantic-Gulf Operating Area

The Williams Companies, Inc. (NYSE: WMB) (“Williams”) today announced that Frank J. Ferazzi has been named senior vice president over the company’s Atlantic-Gulf operating area, succeeding Rory Miller, who has announced his retirement.

Ferazzi has served as vice president and general manager, Eastern Interstates (including oversight of Williams Partners’ Transco pipeline system) in the Atlantic-Gulf operating area since 2012. He has a combined 36 years of service with Williams and Transco where he has held various commercial and customer service leadership roles in the company’s gas pipeline business throughout his career.

“I am pleased to announce this well-earned promotion for Frank,” said Micheal Dunn, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Williams. “Frank has demonstrated outstanding success in serving our customers, leading commercial operations and growing our pipeline business throughout his career at Williams. Our company, our customers and our Atlantic-Gulf area employees will all benefit from this expanded leadership role for Frank.”

Dunn also praised outgoing senior vice president Rory Miller for his work with the operating area and expressed appreciation that Miller will work alongside Ferazzi through July to ensure a smooth transition.

“Transco is the nation’s largest-volume and fastest-growing interstate natural gas pipeline system, and both Rory and Frank deserve credit for their guidance in helping the system expand so rapidly during Rory’s leadership tenure over the Atlantic-Gulf operating area,” Dunn said. “We wish Rory all the best in his retirement and certainly appreciate his many contributions to our organization.”

Ferazzi stated, “It is an honor to be asked to lead our outstanding Atlantic-Gulf operating area team. With our great people and unique assets we are well positioned to continue to deliver exceptional service for our customers and strong results for our business.”
