Audited annual report 2025
The Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp approved the group’s audited annual report 2025 and submits it to the General Meeting of Shareholders for approval.
The financial results for 2025 remain unchanged compared to the preliminary disclosure on 20th February 2026. In 2025, the consolidated audited sales revenue of AS Ekspress Grupp totalled EUR 80.2 million which increased by 5% compared to 2024. Group’s consolidated audited net profit for 2025 totalled EUR 1.0 million. Digital revenues increased by 5% year-over-year and the share of digital revenues was 86% of the group's total revenue.

In addition, the Group companies organize conferences, trainings and events mainly in Estonia and Lithuania but also in Latvia. Ekspress Grupp launched its operations in 1989 and employs about 1000 people.
