Talisker Finalises Ore Purchase Agreement with Ocean Partners

TORONTO, Jan. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Talisker Resources Ltd. (“Talisker” or the “Company”) (TSX: TSK, OTCQB: TSKFF) is pleased to announce the signing of the definitive Ore Purchase Agreement with Ocean Partners UK Ltd (“Ocean Partners”) as described in the Company’s prior news releases of October 30, 2025 and November 10, 2025. A further announcement on the signing of the definitive agreement for the US$25 million revolving credit facility will occur when finalized.
