Yesterday, Kobo Resources (KRI:TSXV) reported drill results from 10 additional holes completed across the Jagger, Road Cut, and Kadie Zones at its 100%-owned Kossou Gold Project in Cote d'Ivoire. Results confirm strong gold mineralization along strike and at depth across all three high-priority targets. The headline intercept came from hole KDD0151 at the Road Cut Zone, which returned 5.06 g/t Au over 7.0m from 32.0m depth, including 20.00 g/t Au over 1.0m.
Drilling along the Contact Zone Fault continues to deliver consistent gold intersections. The Kadie Zone returned mineralization in every hole drilled with down-dip continuity now established, and the Jagger Zone southern extension is showing improving grades at depth. The Company is advancing toward a maiden MRE later this year, supported by the recently announced financing. We are maintaining our BUY rating and target price of $0.60/share on KRI.
