TietoEVRY (Sell, TP: EUR17.00) - Nordic IT services market still weak
As we see several signs of continued weakness in the Nordic IT services market, we have lowered our estimates slightly ahead of Tietoevry’s Q3 results and remain below consensus on Q3 2024–2026e top-line and adj. EPS. We reiterate our SELL and EUR17 target price in advance of a potentially disappointing conclusion to the strategic review of Tietoevry’s Tech services business, due on 24 October.Tieto is an IT services company in the Nordics providing full lifecycle IT services. The reportable operating segments in service line dimension are Managed Services, which is an IT infrastructure and cloud provider that provides enterprise platform services and end user solutions; Consulting and System Integration, which provides consulting and system integration services, application management and transformation consulting; Industry Products, which provides industry-specific software products and productized solutions; and Product Development Services, which provides services in the field of communications and embedded technologies for a global customer base.
