Egyptian Gulf Bank SAE (EGB) is an Egypt-based company engaged in the provision of corporate, retail and investment banking services through a network of 16 branches located across Egypt. The Bank is organized into three business segments: the Small, Medium and Large Enterprises segment covers current accounts, debit current account, loan, credit facilities and financial derivatives; the Investment segment includes mergers and acquisition (M&A), investments, financing for companies' restructuring and other financial instruments; the Individual segment offers current, deposit and savings accounts, credit cards, personal and real estate loans, and the Other operations segment includes other banking activities, such as money management. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's subsidiaries included Hamenz Company, Egyptian American Company for Medical Devices and Egy Gas Company.
