CEWE Color is involve in the industrial photofinishing of analogue photos and digital photo products. Co. operates in three business areas: Photofinishing, Retail, and Online Printing. Photofinishing involves Co.'s photo products business is based on digital data. Co.'s products include CEWE PHOTOBOOK, CEWE CALENDARS, CEWE CARDS and CEWE WALL ART. Co.'s Proprietary Retail business has multi-channel retailing operations in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Norway and Sweden. De Longhi is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates three divisions: Household, Professional and Corporate. The Household division operates in the domestic appliances market with products for air cooling and treatment, heating, food preparation and cooking, domestic cleaning and ironing. The Professional division operates in the market for large thermo-cooling systems, hydronic terminals, heat pumps and wall-mounted air-conditioning units. The Corporate division which mainly provides corporate services to the group with the functions of setting strategy, of control, co-ordination and management of centralized activities and resources.

Dermapharm Holding SE. Dermapharm Holding SE is a Germany-based company engaged in manufacturing of patent-free branded pharmaceuticals. The Company operates through two segments: Branded pharmaceuticals and other healthcare products, which includes in-house development, in-house production, and distribution of branded pharmaceuticals and other healthcare products, and Parallel import business, which operates under the axicorp brand. It holds around 950 marketing authorizations for more than 250 active pharmaceutical ingredients, which are marketed as pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements or supplemental balanced diets. Formycon AG is a Germany-based company engaged in providing biosimilar drugs and formulations. Its business activities are focused on the development and marketing of biopharmaceuticals that are similar to existing drugs, for which the patent protection is expiring. The Company focuses on treatments in the area of ophthalmology, immunology and other chronic diseases, covering all steps of biosimilar development process, from early-stage analysis of the originator drug to the preclinical and clinical testing phases, as well as the preparation of dossiers for marketing approval. Co. is divided into four segments: aviation, which includes airside and terminal management as well as corporate safety and security at the Frankfurt site; retail and real estate, which consists of retailing activities, parking facility and real estate management at Frankfurt Airport; ground handling, which comprises services dealing with passengers, aircraft and cargo; and external activities and services, which comprises Co.'s companies outside the Frankfurt site and auxiliary services in Frankfurt, including information technology and facility management in particular.

Grand City Properties is a specialist real estate company based in Luxembourg. Co. is focused on investing in and managing turnaround opportunities in the German real estate property market. Co. is active in all relevant asset and property management activities along the real estate value chain from buying to redeveloping, managing and selling real estate properties. Co. also maintains a centralized 24/7 Service Center to coordinate and assure tenant satisfaction. Co.'s portfolio is located mainly in Berlin, North Rhine Westphalia, Dresden, Leipzig, Halle, Nuremberg, Munich, Mannheim, Frankfurt, Bremen and Hamburg.

Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates as a construction company engaged in projects in the transportation, energy, and social and urban infrastructure sectors as well as contract mining. Co.'s core business consists of free TV financed by advertising. Co. also owns an international production network along with digital and ventures portfolio. In addition, Co. is engaged as online seller of video content on the internet. Also, Co. is involved in the online games business and operates an e-commerce portfolio. Through its Red Arrow Entertainment Group, Co. produces international TV programs and sells them to TV stations worldwide. SBM Offshore is a holding company. Co. provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle. Co.'s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and life extension of floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels. Other products include semi-submersibles, tension-leg platforms, floating production storage and offloading liquefied natural gas, turret mooring systems, brownfield and offshore (off) loading terminals. As of Dec 31 2015, Co.'s fleet consisted of 10 FPSOs, two floating storage and offloadings, one mobile offshore production unit, one semisubmersible in operation worldwide.

Semperit is a holding company, engaged in developing, producing and selling specialized rubber and plastic products for the medical and industrial sectors. Co. has 20 production facilities in 12 countries. In addition, Co. operates a distribution network with branches in Asia, Europe and North and South America. Co.'s products are sold to providers in the medical and industrial sectors, who are supplied with specialised rubber and plastic products. Co.'s main product categories include examination and surgical gloves, hydraulic and industrial hoses, conveyor belts, escalator handrails, construction profiles, cable car rings, ski foils and products for railway superstructures.
