Duerr is a mechanical and plant engineering group based in Germany. Co. operates through five divisions: Paint and Assembly Systems (production and paint finishing technology for automotive bodyshells and aircraft); Application Technology (products and systems for automated painting applications as well as sealing and glueing technology); Measuring and Process Systems (machines and systems for use in engine, drive construction and final assembly); Clean Technology Systems (plant and equipment for purifying exhaust gases produced by industrial processes and energy efficiency technologies for production processes); and Woodworking Machinery and Systems (machinery for the woodworking industry).

Magyar Telekom is engaged in the providing fixed line and mobile telecommunication services for public and business customers. Co. provides voice and non-voice (SMS, MMS, internet, data and content provision) within mobile services; voice, data, internet and TV services within fixed line services. In addition, Co. sells equipment needed for using fixed line and mobile services (telephones, tablets, notebooks, TV sets etc.).

Salzgitter is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. organized its businesses into five divisions. The Steel Division manufactures steel and special steels. The Tubes Division is involved with the manufacture of line pipes, HFI-welded pipes, precision tubes and stainless steel tubes. The Trading Division operates a European sales network as well as trading companies and agencies worldwide. The companies in the Services Division provide services such as data processing, telecommunications services, scrap dealing, the handling and storage of bulk cargo, transportation, and other services. The Technology Division operates in the filling and packaging technology segment.

ThyssenKrupp is the parent company of the ThyssenKrupp Group. Co. has six business areas: Components Technology, which provides components for the automotive and machinery sectors; Elevator Technology, which supplies passenger and freight elevators, escalators and moving walks, passenger boarding bridges, stair and platform lifts; Industrial Solutions, which comprises the System Engineering and Marine Systems units; Materials Services, which focuses on materials distribution and technical services; Steel Europe, which develops, produces and markets flat carbon steel in the European market; and Steel Americas, which produces, processes and markets steel products in North and South America.
