The commercial offer is composed of savings and pure risks policies, which constitute the majority of the portfolio, which includes protection and pension funds. Continental is an automotive industry supplier. Co.'s automotive divisions comprised of: Chassis & Safety, which develops and produces systems that provide safety and enhanced vehicle dynamics; Powertrain, which develops solutions for gasoline and diesel engines, as well as hybrid and electrical drive systems; and Interior, which provides solutions for information management within vehicles and networking between vehicles. Co.'s rubber divisions comprised of: Tires, which provides tires for passenger cars through trucks, buses and construction site vehicles to special vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles; and ContiTech, which develops products made from rubber and plastic.

DIC Asset along with its subsidiaries invests directly or indirectly in German commercial real estate and operates in the area of portfolio, asset and property management. Co.'s business segments include: commercial portfolio, which comprises portfolio properties owned by Co., which are leased long-term and offer attractive rental yields; and co-Investments, which comprises fund investments, investments in project developments and joint venture investments. Fnac Darty is engaged in the leisure and entertainment, technology, and household appliances retail market in France and a player on markets in other countries where it operates such as Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Fnac Darty also has franchise operations in Morocco, Qatar and Ivory Coast.

JC Decaux specializes in outdoor advertising. Co.'s business mainly consists of the sale of advertising space for these activities: Street Furniture, Transport Advertising and Billboard. The Street Furniture segment covers the advertising agreements relating to public property entered into with cities and local authorities. It also includes advertising in shopping centers, renting of street furniture, sale and rental of equipment, cleaning and maintenance. The Transport Advertising segment covers advertising in airports, subways, buses, tramways and trains. The Billboard segment covers advertising on private property and neon-type activity.

Telefonica is engaged in the provision of public or private telecommunications services, including ancillary or complementary telecommunications services or related services. Co.'s fixed business includes: traditional fixed telecommunication services, Internet and broadband multimedia services, data and business-aplications services, and wholesale services for telecommunication operators. Co. also provides a range of mobile and related services and products to consumer and business customers, including mobile voice services, value added services, mobile data and Internet services, wholesale services, corporate services, roaming, fixed wireless, and, trunking and paging.
