Assicurazioni Generali is the parent company for The Generali Group (the Group), an insurance and financial services provider. The commercial offer is composed of savings and pure risks policies, which constitute the majority of the portfolio, which includes protection and pension funds. In the non-life sector the Group is focused primarily on the retail market. In addition, through the Europ Assistance Group, Co. is engaged in services in motor, travel, health, home and family. The Group has also expanded its business from insurance to a range of asset management, property and financial services.

Daimler provides a range of transportation products, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and also financial services. Co. operates in five segments. Mercedes-Benz Cars sells passenger cars and off-road vehicles under the Mercedes-Benz brand and small cars under the smart brand. The Daimler Trucks distributes its trucks (Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, FUSO, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses and BharatBenz). The vans of the Mercedes-Benz Vans segment are sold under the brand name Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner. Daimler Buses sells completely built-up buses (Mercedes-Benz and Setra). The Daimler Financial Services division supports sales of Co.'s automotive brands.

RELX is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates in four market segments: Scientific, Technical and Medical, which is a global information and analytics business that helps institutions and professionals advance healthcare, open science, and improve performance for the benefit of humanity; Risk and Business Analytics, which provides customers with solutions and decision tools that combine public and industry specific content with advanced technology; Legal, which is a provider of legal, regulatory and business information and analytics; and Exhibitions, which the events business improve the power of face-to-face through data and digital tools.

Straumann is engaged in tooth replacement solutions that include dental implants, prosthetics and regenerative products. Co. develops, manufactures and supplies dental implants, instruments, computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing prosthetics and tissue regeneration products for use in tooth replacement and restoration solutions or to prevent tooth loss. Co. provides a range of services to dental practitioners, clinics and laboratories. Through a collaboration with its academic partner the International Team for Implantology ( ITI), Co. supports research and offers training and education to dental professionals worldwide.

Veolia Environnement provides environmental management services to public authorities, industrial and commercial services customers, and individuals worldwide. These services include the supply of water, the treatment and recovery of municipal or industrial effluent, waste collection, processing and recycling, the supply of heating and cooling services and the optimization of industrial processes. Co.'s business operations are conducted through three divisions, each specializing in a single business sector: Veolia Eau (Water), Veolia Energie (Dalkia, Energy Services) and Veolia Proprete (Environmental Services).

Vivendi is an audiovisual group active in the entertainment industry with activities in music, TV, cinema, mobile, fixed and internet, and games. Co.'s operations are divided into five businesses: Canal+ Group which produces and distributes pay-TV in France, analog or digital, and is involved in film making; Universal Music Group which sells recorded music (physical and digital media); GVT which serves as a telecommunication operator for fixed ultra high-speed broadband, fixed-line telecommunications and Pay-TV in Brazil; SFR which is engaged in mobile phone services in France, as well as fixed and ADSL services; and Other Activities which involves ticketing, Wengo and Watchever.

Co. provides a range of general insurance and life insurance products and services, serving individuals, small businesses, and mid-sized and large companies, including multinational corporations, in more than 170 countries.
