Carnival is a leisure travel and cruise company. Co. operates over 100 cruise ships within a portfolio of global, regional and national cruise brands that sell tailored cruise products, services and vacation experiences. Co.'s North America cruise brands include Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, and Seabourn. Co. also has a Cruise Support segment that represents its portfolio of port destinations and private islands, which are operated for the benefit of its cruise brands. In addition to its cruise operations, Co. owns Holland America Princess Alaska Tours, the tour company in Alaska and the Canadian Yukon, which complements Co.'s Alaska cruise operations.

Continental is an automotive industry supplier. Co.'s automotive divisions comprised of: Chassis & Safety, which develops and produces systems that provide safety and enhanced vehicle dynamics; Powertrain, which develops solutions for gasoline and diesel engines, as well as hybrid and electrical drive systems; and Interior, which provides solutions for information management within vehicles and networking between vehicles. Co.'s rubber divisions comprised of: Tires, which provides tires for passenger cars through trucks, buses and construction site vehicles to special vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles; and ContiTech, which develops products made from rubber and plastic.

Daimler provides a range of transportation products, including passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and also financial services. Co. operates in five segments. Mercedes-Benz Cars sells passenger cars and off-road vehicles under the Mercedes-Benz brand and small cars under the smart brand. In addition, Co. offers Leather Goods, Shoes, Ready-to-wear, Watches, and Jewelry & Other products. The Sport & Lifestyle division designs & develops footwear, apparel & accessories and includes brands like Puma, Volcom and Electric among others.

Korian is an actor on the temporary and permanent dependency care market in France, Germany and Italy. Co. offers and develops services related to dependency through its retirement homes (116 as of Dec 31 2009), follow-up care and rehabilitation facilities (35 as of Dec 31 2009) and psychiatric clinics (11 as of Dec 31 2009). Co.'s operations can be divided into four geographical segments: Medical and Social activity in France (retirement homes); Sanitary activity in France (follow-up care, rehabilitation, psychiatry and home medical care); Italy; and Germany.

Recordati-Industria Chimica e Farmaceutica is a pharmaceutical group based in Italy. Co.'s operations are divided into two operating segments: pharmaceuticals (and pharmaceutical chemicals) and orphan drugs. Co.'s products include ZANIPRESS®/ZANEXTRA®/LERCAPREL®/LERCARIL®, an antihypertensive drug; ZANIDIP®/CORIFEO®/LERCADIP® (lercanidipine), an antihypertensive drug discovered and developed in Co.'s research laboratories; UROREC® (silodosin), a new drug indicated for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia; and LIVAZO®/ALIPZA® (pitavastatin), a statin for the treatment of dyslipidemia, among others.

Renault is an automobile manufacturer. Co.'s activities have been organized into two main business sectors, in more than 120 countries: Automotive and Sales Financing. Co. designs, develops and sells passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Following the acquisition of Romanian carmaker Dacia and Samsung Motors' operating assets in South Korea, Co. has three automotive brands: Renault, Dacia and Samsung. RCI Banque, Co.'s captive financing arm, finances sales of the Renault, Renault Samsung Motors (RSM) and Dacia brands, and, in Europe, the Nissan and Infiniti brands. Co's operations are organized along three segments covering payments and digital services: Merchant Services & Terminals (facilitating consumer engagement around end-to-end e-payment transactional services on any device – before, during and after the point of sale); eMobility and eTransactional Services (assists businesses and governments in developing new digital services enabling strategic digital transformation); and Financial Processing & Software Licensing (provides processing services to banks and financial institutions for managing card-based and online cashless payments).
