>Un montant de 10.3 M€ levé - Nous apprenons ce matin le succès de l’augmentation de capital qui porte sur un montant de 10.3 M€ et correspond en net à 9.4 M€.Dans le cadre de l’opération, 6.4 M d’actions ont été émises au prix de 1.60 € chacune (vendredi le cours avait clôturé à 1.62 €). Il faut noter que deux actionnaires historiques de la société participent de nouveau à ce financement : i/ Lohar SàRL pour un montant de 2.45 M€ et ii/ Santé Holdings pour 3.05 ...Carmat is focused on the research and development of an innovative product in the medical sector, developing an orthotopic and biocompatible artificial heart which is completely implantable, as well as its electrical power supply system and remote diagnosis system. Co. is developing a long-term therapeutic solution for patients who suffer from advanced bi-ventricular heart failure and who are not eligible for cardiac transplantation and who have exhausted all drug possibilties. Co. is still in the phase of research and development and thus do not generate any revenues.
