Credit Agricole is active in the market of retail banking and related businesses. Faurecia is an automobile equipment supplier based in France. Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Grifols is engaged in developing, manufacturing and distributing a range of plasma derivative products. Plasma derivatives are proteins found in human plasma, which once isolated and purified, have therapeutic value. These protein-based therapies extend the lives of individuals who suffer from chronic and acute conditions. Co. also specializes in providing infusion solutions, nutrition products, medical devices, diagnostic instrumentation and reagents for use in hospitals and clinics. Co.'s products and services are used by healthcare providers in approximately 100 countries. Co.'s business is organized into three divisions: Bioscience, Diagnostic, Hospital and Raw Materials.

Korian is an actor on the temporary and permanent dependency care market in France, Germany and Italy. Co. offers and develops services related to dependency through its retirement homes (116 as of Dec 31 2009), follow-up care and rehabilitation facilities (35 as of Dec 31 2009) and psychiatric clinics (11 as of Dec 31 2009). Co.'s operations can be divided into four geographical segments: Medical and Social activity in France (retirement homes); Sanitary activity in France (follow-up care, rehabilitation, psychiatry and home medical care); Italy; and Germany.
