RCI Banque : Issuance Focus
RCI Banque taps the market with its first AT1 bond issue callable in 2031, rated 'Ba3'. The IPT was recently announced at 6.750%.Following successful and well-received Tier 2 issues, RCI Banque is the first auto captive finance company to enter the EUR AT1 market. The issue has € 400m in sub-benchmark outstandings. It will also likely be the bank's only AT1 issue.
