Last week, Morningstar reported that 2025 would see $84bn in net outflows from sustainable funds. The European Court of Auditors highlighted the EU's ongoing difficulties in securing its supply of raw materials for renewable energy. Capgemini announced the sale of Capgemini Government Solutions following the controversy related to the US federal agency ICE. In southern Lyon, 192 residents filed a lawsuit against Arkema and Daikin, seeking € 36.5m in damages related to PFAS. On the environmental pillar, Stellantis announced € 22bn in exceptional charges, three-quarters of which were related to a downward revision of its EV ambitions. A new UN framework could impose a tax on fossil fuel companies to finance climate change damages. The GHG Protocol published a new global standard for emissions and removals from the land sector. The IATA director warned that some airlines might lower their Net Zero 2050 commitments. On the social front, a Harvard Business Review study highlighted that companies reducing staff based on the perceived effects of AI are anticipating those effects rather than experiencing them firsthand. In governance, Eramet announced the departure of its CEO. Glass Lewis and ISS clarified their approaches regarding the exclusion of certain shareholder resolutions ahead of the 2026 proxy season.
