As well as eliminating Ali Khamenei, this weekend's US and Israeli military offensives mark the start of a large-scale conflict in Iran. While the regime appears to be isolated and the risk of a regional conflagration limited, the duration and outcome of the war are unknown. The sectors impacted at this stage are Oil & Gas (upgrade, Repsol included in our European Large Caps Europe recommended stocks list) and Travel & Leisure (downgrade, Accor removed from our European Large Caps recommended stocks list).
