As of Aug 31 2017, Co.'s portfolio consisted of 121 properties with total rentable 486,483.66 sq. m. of area. 80% or more of total portfolio is in Central Tokyo. The remaining is in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba and Saitama Prefectures, Japan as well as in Hokkaido, Miyagi, Aichi, Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo and Fukuoka Prefectures, Japan.
