Mo-Bruk SA is a Poland-based company involved in the production of concrete. It is also active in the area of hazardous and other than hazardous industrial waste management. Additionally, the Company operates a waste recovery plant, waste recycling plant, alternative fuel production plant and an industrial waste landfill. The Company produces alternative fuels from municipal and industrial wastes. The Company is also the owner of two open non-stop petrol stations for liquefied fuel, as well as a technical inspection station. Mo-Bruk SA is also engaged in the construction of concrete surfaces. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated one wholly owned subsidiary, Raf-Ekologia Sp. z o.o.

Co. provides services, including fixed-line telecommunication services, Integrated Services Digital Network, voice mail, dial-up and fixed access to the Internet and Voice over Internet Protocol. Co. is one of Poland's three DCS 1800 and GSM 900 mobile telecommunications providers. Co. provides also third generation UMTS services. The Company owns entities that are engaged in the Internet publishing and broadcasting content, including operating business, technology, sports and entertainment portals, as well as electronic mail (e-mail) and electronic commerce (e-commerce). It also offers a range of advertising products, including display ads. The Company operates through such Internet portals as Wirtualna Polska, o2.pl, Money.pl, WP SportoweFakty, Dobreprogramy.pl, WP Parenting, Domodi and Homebook, among others. The Company operates domestically.
