Market View — Technical
The index opened on a positive note and remained bullish throughout the last trading sessions. The local bourse posted a high of 1,157pts and concluded with a gain of 1,016pts to settle at 65,064pts. The volumes witnessed in the last trading session were slightly higher than the previous trading session. Among the strength Indicators, RSI (Relative Strength Indicator) is currently trading 57.03. A sharp recovery witnessed in the last trading session and the Index once again managed to close above 65,000 mark. MACD is heading down towards signal line.
The chart formation depicts that the index may find initial support near 64,800. A break below mentioned support can result into further weakness towards 64,500 and 64,300pts level. Alternatively, the index can face resistance near 65,300pts initially and then head towards 65,500 and 66,100 area. It is recommended to trade with a cautious approach and accumulate positions near support zone with risk defined below it.
