Ghabbour Auto Q3 review

AUTO EY Q3 16A results: Revenue growth surprises on the upside, but finance cost and FX losses weigh down on EPS.

  • Domestic PC volume growth (+13.2% y/y) and aggressive price increases drive a solid 36% y/y revenue growth.
  • Margins fail to cling on to Q2 16A gains, due to sales mix and cost growth.
  • FX translation losses resurges in Q3 16A eroding c60% of EPS, which in turn was impacted by surging finance cost (c.2x y/y).
