Clinical data presented at AACR confirms MRK's Keytruda + chemo regimen is likely to be standard-of-care in a broad population of 1L NSCLC patients, while BMY's Opdivo/Yervoy showed optically inferior results, even in a highly selected/narrow patient population. We now see BMY relegated to a late-comer in the more competitive chemo combo market and we reduce Opdivo est. by c.$2.5b (FY22) and revise down our price target to $50 ($57 prior).
