Solid room night growth, improving ad efficiency

Q2 EBITDA was well ahead driven by solid room night growth, ad spending efficiency and HomeAway margin expansion. FY EBITDA guidance was also raised to 7-12% YoY (from 6-11% previously) and just rolling through the Q2 beat takes us to the upper end of the range. Overall Expedia appears to be benefiting from a more stable, rational online travel market, which we believe should also be positive for Booking. We remain Overweight.
