FDC/GPN/WP: FDC to OW; three positive stories

Secular volume tailwinds, ongoing consolidation opportunities and reasonable valuations mean the payment processor sector remains attractive, in our view. We are upgrading First Data to Overweight given stabilisation in the core, emerging revenue streams and focus on deleveraging. Integrated payments seems likely to become more competitive but ecommerce is accelerating for WP and GPN benefits from broad-based growth and a rotation to software. We roll forward to YE19 price targets of $30 for FDC (16x $1.90), $144 for GPN (21x $6.88) and $113 for WP (21x $5.37).
