Payment services: ecomm tailwind; PYPL to OW

Secular cash to card trends continue to underpin the success of many payments companies but online capabilities are increasingly important as ecommerce drives an increasing share of volume growth. We believe PayPal's differentiated checkout experience should enable the company to continue taking share and upgrade the stock to Overweight. Card also remains an important payment tool online and we retain our Overweight recommendations on networks Visa and Mastercard, and payment processor Worldpay.
