A stable long-term growth path

We remain Overweight on TJX with a price target of $90 following meetings with management. While there are some headwinds to operating margin in the near-term, the long-term algorithm is still based on mid-single-digit sales growth and EPS growth at least in the high-single-digits. TJX is one of few retailers to enjoy structural tailwinds and be gaining market share and a high-teens PE multiple is appropriate.
