Weaker outlook likely to heighten iPhone concerns

Q1 revenue/EPS were ahead as iPhone X supply improved quicker than anticipated, but Q2 guidance fell short as inventory adjustments exacerbate waning demand. FY18 tax rate will be slightly lower than anticipated, and Apple's willingness to go to zero net cash bodes well for capital return, but these factors will likely be overshadowed by growing concern over the iPhone's prospects. We remain Neutral.
