GPH: Two-Pronged Production Localizing Graphite Supply

Graphite One Inc. (GPH:TSXV, GPHOF:OTC) is a Canadian development company focused on owning the entire graphite supply chain, through the production of natural and artificial graphite. GPH’s strategy is two-pillared with its Graphite Creek mining project in Alaska and its proposed Advanced Anode Manufacturing Facility in Ohio, both at the feasibility study stage. The anode facility will produce anode materials primarily used in lithium-ion EVs. Graphite, being a U.S. Government-listed critical mineral and its supply currently dominated by China, poses domestic supply risks and a recent $37.5M grant from the U.S. Department of Defense, gives us confidence in Graphite One bringing these projects into production. GPH has an experienced management team with a track record of building several major companies and creating shareholder value.

Summary
Sizeable Graphite Development Project with Large Upside. The Graphite Creek project boasts a highly economic project and is built on the largest graphite deposit in the U.S. (which has substantial resource growth potential). With sizeable drill programs since the release of the last resource update, we see large upside in the feasibility study planned to be released in Q4/24.

Tailwinds for the Advanced Anode Manufacturing Facility. The anode facility is designed to bring online local supply of artificial graphite (currently the U.S. is 100% dependent on imports¬¬¬¬) by way of a manufacturing facility located in Ohio. It is proposed that the facility will take advantage of tailwinds from the global electrification and EV market, as well as benefit from government support.

Two-Pronged Approach Reduces Risk. GPH having a mining development project and a potential anode manufacturing facility (not dependent on one another), greatly reduces project development risk compared to a single asset developer.

Strong Government & Community Support. GPH has received two grants from the U.S. DoD totalling $42.2M, coupled with strong community support from the Bering Straits Native Corporation with an investment of up to $10.4M ($2M initial).

Experienced Management. GPH is composed of a world-class team of company builders, managers, and technical experts giving us confidence with execution.

Significant Discount to Peers. Graphite One trades at 0.1x NAV8% compared to its peer group that trades at a median of 0.3x NAV.
