QYOU: Executing on its Growth Strategy

QYOU Media (QYOU:TSXV) has reported several positive updates over the last month, reiterating our confidence in the Company. This includes record growth from its influencer marketing business, QGamesMela gaining significant traction, as well as an equity financing to shore up the balance sheet. We continue to be highly bullish on QYOU in 2024 as growth continues to be strong across its business segments. We view the pullback in the stock as a material buying opportunity. Our estimates remain unchanged. We are maintaining our BUY rating and $0.15/share target price on QYOU.

QYOU USA & Chtrbox Update
Yesterday, QYOU provided a corporate update on the strong growth out of its influencer marketing divisions, QYOU USA and Chtrbox. On a combined basis, the two divisions are delivering the strongest growth in company history backed by the major tailwinds in influencer marketing. Their client roster includes new and returning firms such as Paramount, Warner Brothers, Hulu, Amazon, HP, Spotify, Hasbro, Ubisoft, Activision, and Capcom. QYOU USA also made three strategic executive promotions and launched a new business intelligence unit. Lastly, Chtrbox was recently recognized at the AgencyCon Awards, hosted by Social Samosa.

QGamesMela Downloads
On February 20th, QYOU reported that the new version of its casual mobile gaming app reached 2.5M downloads, less than four months since launching. QGamesMela remains on pace to reach its one-year goal of 10M downloads. Additionally, DAUs have reached 100,000 in the month of February, exceeding management’s internal projections.

QYOU also announced that QGamesMela will be sponsoring show contests on Q TV, accessing a fanbase of 90M weekly viewers. The collaboration will boost user acquisition while also enhancing viewer engagement and loyalty on Q TV, demonstrating a key synergy between the two segments.
