MAROC TELECOM : Implantation officielle au Tchad
- Signature officiellement d’un accord avec le Groupe luxembourgeois MILLICOM, portant sur l’acquisition de la totalité du capital de sa filiale TIGO TCHAD, premier opérateur mobile au Tchad ;
- Objectif du Groupe IAM d’élargir et consolider sa présence dans la région à travers cette opération et ce, dans le cadre de sa stratégie de développement à l’international ;
- Un marché tchadien des télécoms qui se caractérise par son sous-développement à l’échelle mondiale avec un faible nombre d’abonnés à la téléphonie mobile et un faible taux de pénétration d’Internet.
