- Cession de 1,1 millions de titres CIMENTS DU MAROC (soit 7,8% du capital) pour un montant total de MAD 1,5 Md au profit de plusieurs investisseurs institutionnels marocains ;
- Maintien à long terme de sa participation majoritaire à hauteur de 54,6% ;
- Opération réalisée dans le cadre de son plan d’action d’optimisation du portefeuille et de génération de cash afin d’accélérer le désendettement du Groupe.
