With Carrefour deciding to buy back the minorities of Carrefour Brasil, we see low to mid-single digit EPS accretion from 2025 and the Diniz Family strengthening its stake in Carrefour. But this does not solve Carrefour's existential problem: how to de-sensitise itself from Leclerc in its home mark
