The Palms Hotel & Spa, located oceanfront on famous Collins Avenue, hosts both business and leisure travelers and is a popular destination for meetings, weddings and other special events. The management team wanted a point-of-sale system that offered a reliable mobile option so that servers could easily take and place orders anywhere, including poolside and beachside.
