American Water to Hold Annual Meeting Of Stockholders on May 12, 2017

American Water Works Company, Inc. (NYSE: AWK) announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Friday, May 12, 2017, at The Camden Adventure Aquarium, 1 Riverside Drive, Camden, N.J. Stockholders of record at the close of business on the record date, March 16, 2017, are entitled to vote on all matters that properly come before the meeting.

Interested parties may listen to the audio webcast over the Internet by logging on to the Investor Relations page of the company’s website at www.amwater.com. The online archive of the webcast will be available for 30 days following the annual meeting.
