American Water’s Dr. Mark LeChevallier to Participate in World Water-Tech North America Summit

American Water (NYSE: AWK), the nation’s largest publicly traded water and wastewater utility company, today announced Dr. Mark LeChevallier, vice president and chief environmental officer, will participate in the World Water-Tech North America summit in Toronto on Oct. 19.

LeChevallier will participate in a panel “Accelerating Adoption: Building a Business Case for New Water Technologies” and discuss American Water’s Innovation Development Process, the advantages of the company’s footprint and technical expertise, and some examples of American Water’s recent innovations.

This year marks the 4th year for the World Water-Tech North America summit, hosted by WaterTAP Ontario and Rethink Events. The focus this year is on accelerating innovation in energy optimized and climate resilient infrastructure.
