Carlisle Companies Appoints Shelley Bausch President of Carlisle Fluid Technologies

Carlisle Companies Inc. (NYSE:CSL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelley Bausch as President of Carlisle Fluid Technologies, effective immediately.

D. Christian “Chris” Koch, Carlisle’s President and Chief Executive Officer, commented on the appointment, “Shelley is an excellent addition to our Carlisle team and to lead Carlisle Fluid Technologies as we complete our integration efforts and enter the growth phase for this business,” said D. Christian “Chris” Koch, Carlisle’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “. I have known Shelley for over 10 years and have been impressed with her success in a wide variety of roles. I am confident her proven leadership will significantly contribute towards the growth and evolution of Carlisle Fluid Technologies.”

Ms. Bausch joins Carlisle from PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG) where she served as Vice President of Global Industrial Coatings. While at PPG, she had P&L responsibility for the Industrial Coatings business and led the commercial, product development, safety, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Prior to joining PPG, she worked at Dow Corning Corporation in a variety of marketing, operations, commercial and business leadership positions which included an assignment in Shanghai, China.

Ms. Bausch serves on the Board of Directors of Kraton Corporation (NYSE:KRA), a leading global producer of styrenic block copolymers, specialty polymers and high-value performance products derived from renewable sources.
