Donnelley Financial Clients Sweep All Seven Finalist Spots in the Large-Cap Category at the US Corporate Governance Awards

Donnelley Financial Solutions (NYSE:DFIN) today congratulated the companies selected as finalists and the winners announced at the Corporate Governance Awards ceremony on November 3, 2016 in New York.

In the best proxy statement large cap category, the finalists were Bank of America, Entergy Corp, Goldman Sachs, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Prudential Financial, Regions Financial and The Hershey Company.

Selected by an independent panel of expert judges and announced at Thursday night's Awards, the winner was Goldman Sachs.
