HollyFrontier Corporation (NYSE: HFC) ("HollyFrontier") is sad to announce the passing of Tommy A. Valenta.
Mr. Valenta served on the Board of Directors for HollyFrontier since 2010. He was an independent director and a member of the Audit and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Public Policy Committees.
