KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Edgebrook, its newest San Antonio-area community in Bulverde. Located minutes from Texas Highway 281, and offering easy access to Loop 1604 and Highway 46, Edgebrook is convenient to several major employment centers in the region.
KB Home will offer 284 home sites at Edgebrook, many with scenic views of the Texas Hill Country. A planned amenity park will include a Junior Olympic swimming pool, attached pavilion, and a children’s playscape. Edgebrook residents can swim, fish, and go boating at nearby Canyon Lake, or explore the depths and unique beauty of Natural Bridge Caverns.
