Esteban Paez Joins Oliver Wyman Actuarial in New York to Lead Life Insurance M&A

The Actuarial Practice of Oliver Wyman announced today that Esteban Paez, FSA, MAAA has joined the firm as a Principal in the New York City office to lead life insurance M&A.

Esteban joins Oliver Wyman with more than ten years of experience consulting life insurers, reinsurers, investment banks and private equity firms. He brings deep expertise in the transaction space, leading numerous domestic and foreign buy and sell side processes.

Esteban also possesses in depth knowledge of the Bermuda life insurance market, as he has assisted clients with various aspects of Bermuda’s new solvency and financial reporting requirements.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Esteban was a Senior Consultant with Willis Towers Watson’s Risk Consulting practice.
