National Storage Affiliates Trust Announces Increase in Quarterly Common Dividend

National Storage Affiliates Trust (“NSA” or the "Company") (NYSE: NSA) today announced its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per common share payable on June 30, 2017 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2017. This increase in the Company’s quarterly dividend represents an annualized dividend rate of $1.04, an 8% increase over the previous annualized dividend rate of $0.96 per share.
