POWERTECH

Houses in the ASEAN region are made of bricks and mortar using traditional construction methods, whereas Panasonic uses POWERTECH, a newly developed version of the W-PC method, to construct houses. This method cuts down the construction time by approximately 3 months, and, at the same time, realizes high durability and high leakage resistance.

PURETECH

Panasonic PURETECH effectively removes air pollutants with a high performance filter and supplies clean air indoors. Combined with POWERTECH’s excellent airtight quality, PURETECH keeps the air in houses clean.

By providing Japan Quality technological know-how, Panasonic will work with local developers to provide a new style of living.

The two concepts of “Panasonic Homes & Living” are quality and sustainability. “We hope to bring to life Japan Quality homes, towns, and commercial facilities. Using Panasonic’s collective power, we hope to contribute to ASEAN’s development,” concluded Toru Nishida, Region Head of Southeast Asia and Oceania Region.
