Tangoe Announces Appointment of Dhesi Ananchaperumal as Executive Vice President Engineering

Tangoe, Inc. (NASDAQ:TNGO), a leading global provider of IT and Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software and related services, today announced the appointment of Dhesi Ananchaperumal as Executive Vice President Engineering. He brings two decades of experience in technology and business leadership roles at companies such as Dell EMC and CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates). Dhesi will report directly to CEO Jim Foy and head Tangoe’s Engineering and Research and Development organization of more than 500 employees worldwide.

Prior to joining Tangoe, Dhesi was the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product Management at Dell EMC where he led the converged and hyperconverged infrastructure products at EMC Converged Platforms and Solutions Division. In this role he directed the global product team which included software, hardware, product management, architecture and logical build professionals responsible for the quality and on time delivery of solutions to clients.

An industry veteran with expertise in IT Infrastructure, data center management and energy management, Dhesi holds five U.S. patents with nine pending approval, has numerous published articles and is a frequent speaker at IT conferences. He was awarded the designation of Distinguished Engineer (DE) by CA Technologies and was also inducted a member of the CA Council for Technical Excellence. Dhesi earned Master of Science degrees in Electronics Design and Technology as well as Computer Science from Centre for Electronics Design Technology and Marathwada University.
