Waters Corporation to Ring NYSE Closing Bell on March 2

Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT), a leading global analytical technologies company serving the life, materials and food sciences, will ring The Closing Bell® at the New York Stock Exchange on March 2. Christopher J. O’Connell, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Waters® Corporation, and the company’s executive management team will participate in the event.

This will be Waters’ first time ringing The Closing Bell since the company went public in 1995. “We are proud of our listing on the NYSE, and grateful for the chance to participate in a bell ringing ceremony as part of our 2017 Investor Day,” O’Connell said. “We are confident about our future as we support scientists and companies whose research helps heal, feed, nurture and protect the citizens of the world.”

Waters will hold its Investor Day the same day in New York City beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET. Members of the executive management team will update investors on Waters’ markets, products and growth strategies. Interested market participants can access the live webcast and accompanying slide presentation via the Company’s website at http://www.waters.com under the caption “Investors.”

The New York Stock Exchange will stream The Closing Bell ringing on its website: http://livestream.com/NYSE. The bell ringing is scheduled for 3:56 - 4:00 p.m. ET. A video of the bell-ringing will also be archived on that same page after the livestream.
