Remain Underweight despite solid performance
Maintain Underweight rating until the dilutive capital increase sees light. The inevitable dilution effect of the EGP2bn potential rights issue (EGP1.86bn has already been injected by ADIB-UAE to support capitalisation) remains an overhang on the stock and dilutes the impact of ADIB-E’s strong operational turnaround. There is no clear timeframe for the 200mn share issuance. We reiterate that if the stock continues to trade below its par value of EGP10/share (issuance price), dilution to existing shareholders persists.
